Your Tour Desk provides an online service that connects operators who are professional, have knowledge and experience with a particular destination or activity with visitors seeking to experience such destinations and activities. By making a booking, the client is deemed to have agreed to terms and conditions on behalf of all individuals included in the booking. The services to be provided are those in your booking confirmation invoice. Your Tour Desk accepts the following cards for payment;
Your Tour Desk does not charge travelers a service fee on card payments. Some banks have been known charge their customers a small fee for international transaction. If this effect your payment please check with your bank prior to purchase. Once payment is made you will receive a confirmation e-mail and Whatsapp(optional) or Line(optional) to you. This will be your confirmation and itinirary of booking. This should be taken screenshot or printed and saved for own reference.Once you purchase the product, you accept these terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility for incorrect email address or phone number. If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, then you must request from Your Tour Desk to resend the email confirmation of the products you have paid for. Bookings will be confirmed by email.
Some listed products are not included insurance cover as you are going to see the product itinirary before you complete the purchasing. Your Tour Desk take no responsibility for any injuries or loss.We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive insurance cover for medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money and public liability before you start your excursion. We accept no responsibility for the theft, loss or damage to personal belongings from at any time during the duration of your excursion. All visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian or an escort over the age of 18. Some of our trips can be physically demanding and travelers must be sure that they are suitable and fit to allow participation.

Cancellation policies if not showed up on the specific product page are subject to here;
Where possible Sightseeing Services, Excursions, Shows and Transfers Your Tour Desk will try to change of date requests that are made with at least 5 days notice. This is not possible for all services and is always subject to availability. Change of date requests that are made with less than 5 days notice will not usually be accepted. Change of date requests may be subject to an adjustment fee which falls in line with the cancellation fee structure.
Cancellation outside of 7 days of purchased service will result in a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 7 days of purchased service will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to board or attend, change of date or cancellation within 48 hours of purchased service will result in full amount charge. A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment.
