Your Tour Desk use some of the most secured payment system for Credit and Debit Cards . Our Prices are including Taxes and Process Fees for Credit Card, Debit Card payments.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Cancellation policies if not showed up on the specific product page are subject to here; Where possible Sightseeing Services, Excursions, Shows and Transfers Your Tour Desk will try to change of date requests that are made with at least 5 days notice. This is not possible for all services and is always subject to availability. Change of date requests that are made with less than 5 days notice will not usually be accepted. Change of date requests may be subject to an adjustment fee which falls in line with the cancellation fee structure.
Cancellation outside of 7 days of purchased service will result in a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 7 days of purchased service will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to board or attend, change of date or cancellation within 48 hours of purchased service will result in full amount charge. A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment.
