Back Country Bliss Adventures - Wetlands, Coffee plantations and either Skyrail or Kuranda Scenic Rail

Travel in our comfortable and safe four-wheel drive and prepare to see some of Australia’s beautiful scenery and wildlife.
The Mareeba Wetlands is host to numerous species of endemic and migratory birdlife, allowing for a feast of the senses when they all flock together on the Mareeba Wetlands. Mareeba was one of the largest Tobacco growing districts in Far North Queensland in days gone by. Now Coffee plantations, mango and avocado farms are more commonly seen and harvested.
Visit a working Coffee farm and harvesting factory, savour the views over the Mareeba Shire and enjoy a picnic lunch before heading to the pretty Rainforest village of Kuranda where we board the historic Kuranda Scenic Railway or modern Skyrail. Your guide will meet you at the end of your journey to take you back to Port Douglas along one of Australia’s prettiest Coastal Roads.
Enjoy a selection of tropical fruits, snacks and drinks along the way that will help you to enjoy the experience even more. BOOK NOW
